Dunkeld Smoked Wild Scottish Salmon
Supplies of wild salmon have been severely restricted this year due to the collapse of salmon numbers netted on the east coast, the worst in living memory. Consequently we have only been able to purchase about a quarter of our usual supply. To ensure as many customers have the opportunity to purchase some this year we will be selling in 200g packs only, limited to a maximum of 4 per customer.

Dunkeld Smoked Scottish Salmon
Salmon of exceptional quality reared in the cold clear Atlantic waters off the north-west coast of Scotland, by producers who are committed to the health and welfare of the fish and to the long-term protection of the environment. Dry cured for 20 hours in fine salt and then smoked for a day with whisky barrel chippings and oak dust. Served to the Queen at Scone Palace with our hot smoked salmon. Multiple Great Taste Gold Medal winners.
