We are very excited by the taste of our improved 'hot smoked salmon' and Sea Trout (organically reared in Shetland).

The angling season is getting into swing and everyone associated with the River is hoping it will be a great year. We are experimentally smoking organically reared sea trout - the initial samples are fantastic and we hope to launch this as a new product line shortly to complement our range.

September 2008

We are now full swing with anglers salmon as this is the most prolific time of year for catching these wonderful fish. Most fish - especially hens and coloured fish are returned but we still are seeing a steady influx of fresh fish from numerous rivers in Northern Scotland.
